Up Stairs Guest Room

Originally this room was, by far, the largest.  However, the way the 2nd floor was set up it didn't make sense to designate it the Master suite.  The adjoining bedroom was next to an open space with easy hookups for water, which made it easy to add a master bath on the 2nd floor.  We decided to steal some of this space so the adjoining room could have a walk-in closet.  The adjoining room became the master bedroom and this room, even with the sacrificed space, is still a good sized guest room.  The door goes to the walkout balcony, it was covered.   

This room even with the space it gave up still has a great layout.  I don't like rooms without a good place for a bed or TV.
