Down Stairs Bathroom

The previous owners had planned on finishing this bathroom then I think they went broke.

Like some of the other bathrooms we need to add some accessories to finish the space, hopefully I can get a towel bar in here before I go broke.

Office

So much thought and design went into such a shitty looking ceiling fan

Built in desk
The dresser is a garage sale find repainted black and the chair is an antique store find reupholstered in a Paul Smith for Maharam fabric

Mudroom and Pantry

This is where the previous owners had the laundry room, we decided to forego the convenience of an upstairs laundry and added a built-in desk and pantry.

Future home of pantry.

My cat Suri likes to hide in here sometimes.  One morning I got a granola bar for breakfast and she snuck in, I didn't notice her until I got some bread out to make a sandwich for lunch.

Meow.

Foyer

I think this is where the previous owners spent most of their time.  The only cable outlet in the entire house was located in the foyer,  makes sense who has the time to make it all the way to the living room when there are Matlock reruns to watch.

Sybil's mom painted the pelican and the table is my old desk just turned around to hide the drawer.

Sybil picked up a pair of these at River Market Antique Mall, they match our front door almost perfectly.
Above is 1 of 2 light fixtures that where from our original lighting choices.  We ended up compromising on about 10 other fixtures to stay within budget.  I'm glad we keep this one it's from Pottery Barn, it has a cool Edison Bulb that doesn't get too bright but gives the fixture a nice old school look.  I think we will eventually move the table, go with a round table centered directly below the light and add some furniture or built-in for coats and umbrellas.

Upstairs Guest Bathroom

Notice to the left of the sink, that is the original door opening for what was the only upstairs bathroom.  This would later get walled off to make room for the master bathroom.
Sink works!

The sink and its hardware is original.  The vanity light isn't our 1st choice, but it will do for now.  We may still need some accessories to make this bathroom standout.
